From the time I was about 10 years old life changed for me. I became Fluffy. We moved from parks and flat ground to hills and no parks. My fitness decreased and my fluffiness went up. By the time I was 15 I weighted about 150+pounds. I was so sad and depressed but I had friends and family that loved me so I survived. By the time I was 17 I had decided that I had enough, I had gained 40 pound due to hormones and now was pushing 180. I took diet pills and in 4 months lost 40 pounds. I felt so much better but because I didn't pills I didn't learn a thing. I was happy with being 138 and stayed that way till I was 19. The I started dancing and really trying to get a flat tummy. So i started working out 2 hours a day and I would go dancing 10 hours a weekend. That worked enough that I felt great being a size 10. I was 135 and happy. Then after a few hard ships and trails I started gaining weight. I went from being 145 at 21 to 165 at 23 the 185 at 26 and now at 30 I weight over 200 pounds. I hate that in 10 years I have gained so much weight!
